Acceptance
By creating an account or using HomeMade AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 13+ (16+ in the EU) and able to form a binding contract.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Mobile purchases are billed by Apple or Google and follow their refund policies. Web purchases are billed by Stripe and refundable within 14 days of charge for unused service. Cancel anytime from Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering, scraping, abusing AI quotas, posting illegal content, or impersonating others. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
AI output disclaimer
Recipes, nutrition estimates, allergen warnings, shelf-life predictions, and food-safety suggestions are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. They are NOT medical or professional dietary advice. Always verify allergens, expiration, cooking temperatures, and dietary restrictions yourself. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
Your content
You own what you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
Liability
Service is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration except small-claims court.
